Le Festival International du Cirque de Monte-Carlo
Created in 1974 by HSH. Prince Rainier III, the International Circus Festival attracts some of the top international artists under the Fontvieille Big Top. They try to outdo each other in dexterity, agility and humour and the best acts are rewarded by Gold and Silver Clowns.
