Our offices can accommodate the headquarters of any Monegasque corporation: SARL -Ltd.-, SNC -General Partnership-, SCS -limited Partnership- , (excluding of those which are SAM -Monegasque Public Limited Company-) as well as activities carried out in individual business. These fully furnished offices, (modular: one or more workstations) are equipped with internet, phone and fax connections. The lease may vary according to your needs: short or long term. The rent includes rental of office, personalized phone answering service, co-owned property fees, water and electricity consumption, telephone and internet subscriptions, daily office maintenance and use of the common areas.

Intended for SARL companies or individual business, for a period of two years from the date of publication in the Journal Officiel de Monaco.The package price of 850 € net of tax /month includes the business address of the activity, the allocation of a personal space in a shared office, telephone service, and access to all of the centre's services.
* Start-up formula
Intended exclusively for individual business, for a period of 6 months (1 year for individuals who are Monegasque) from the date of start of activity. The package price of 375 € net of tax/month includes the business address of the activity, 5 hours of use of an office and telephone service.
Hourly rental Our offices are also available at an hourly rate 30€ net of tax for a work session or an appointment.
This service is available for 150 € net of tax/month and includes the assignment of a Monegasque telephone number and personalised call answering service.These calls are managed by our secretaries according to your instructions and can be transferred (abroad, mobile, etc...), or a message can be taken.
Monegasque SCPs (non commercial companies) in particular can be domiciled in Monaco with the MBC for 50 € net of tax/monthAdministrative procedures relating to these companies can be carried out by our services.
