The Management of I&C Technologies for Governments and Businesses
This Courses puts emphasis on substantive subjects and topics with respect to ICT for development while focusing on Public sector’s Informatisation, emerging needs and trends worldwide in taking advantage of ICT for development.
Immediate objectives include to assist national, regional and local Government decision-makers in articulating visions, identifying directions making right decisions on ICT development, to assist ICT entrepreneurs in identifying business opportunities, exploring potential markets and understanding emerging needs, to assist technical professionals in particular of developing countries in recognizing the trends, finding best practices and solutions and identifying business partners. Main topics are : how to create a good governance, aimed at ITC development, to better understand the global trends of information and communication technologies and how they are related to development strategies, to be aware of new products, services and solutions, to catch up with the best practices and share experiences, how to build necessary capacities, how to mobilize resources for ITC development.

SPECIAL COURSES ON TOURISM – COURSE 1/3 in MONACO
The Global Tourism Industry in 2007
The Monte-Carlo-IUHEI is proposing a "package" of 3 Special Courses devoted to the Tourism Industry and its major challenges aimed at Government Officials. The 3 Courses will take place in Monaco under the High Patronage of the UN - World Tourism Organisation and will gather the most eminent and recognized personalities in this field. Major themes: the Tourism Industry in 2007 - key factor of global economy development, key element of every national economy, managing economic trends – global and regional - , image is essential: managing the image of a city, a region, a country, regional cooperation in the field of tourism, the necessary adaptation to «crisis management»: terrorism, new epidemics, the impact of climate change.
